(Walk will be held at the Lexington, MS Hospital Walking Trail. Come out and “Let’s Move”!)

FUN ACTIVITIES:
Water-Slide, Face Painting, Half-court Basketball, Tennis, SPARK games including, but not limited to:  Hula hoops,
jump ropes, volley ball, bean bag toss, musical chairs, parachute toss, hanging apple blindfold game,
amazing sack race, a Speed Stack competition, and  CSLC play ground fun!!

Do you know how old your body really is? Surprise! Surprise! Surprise!
Polar Tri Fit Machine will be available to tell you your body age and what you can do to improve your physical fitness.
Medical Consultant Dr. Anthony Chambers and CSLC Tech. Specialist Antwan Clark will be on hand to assist you.
