Announcement: Open Enrollment for CSLC’s Lula’s Early Learning Literacy Program.  CSLC is excited to announce that open enrollment is now underway for our Early Learning Literacy Program (formerly known as HIPPY)!
Designed for children ages 3 to 5 years old, this program helps prepare young learners for school success by building essential literacy, language, and learning skills through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Program Benefits:
✅ Promotes early literacy and school readiness
✅ Supports parents as their child’s first teacher
✅ Provides fun, interactive learning activities for families
✅ Helps children build confidence and a love of learning

Saturday, June 6, 2026, 12:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. – CSLC will have its annual Lula’s Early Literacy Learning Program Fund Fest. This will be held at the CSLC Office, 333 Yazoo Street, Lexington, MS 39095

Wednesday, April 15, 2026, 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. – CSLC will have a Mental Health First Aid Training. This will be held at the CSLC Office, 333 Yazoo Street, Lexington, MS 39095, and virtually on Zoom.

Monday, December 15, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. – CSLC will have a Christmas “Sing-A-Long”.” This will be held at the CSLC Office, 333 Yazoo Street, Lexington, MS 39095.

Saturday, July 12, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. – CSLC will have its 3rd annual “Community Luau Fundraiser.” This will be held at the CWMI Rental Hall, 302 Henry Street, Lexington, MS 39095.

Friday, November 29, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. – CSLC will have a “Back to School” supply giveaway. This will be held at Community Students Learning Center, 333 Yazoo Street, Lexington, MS 39095

Monday, December 16, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. – HIPPY Christmas carols sing-a-long. This will be held at Community Students Learning Center, 333 Yazoo Street, Lexington, MS 39095.
